I had this flag for 15 years and has worked well. Made in the USA, Chicago, or at least it was, and now have to replace because I forgot and left it on the hood of the truck and the woman left him there.

Numbers have clear separation of what reading between 10 and 40's, etc, is easy. The seal on the tire might be a bit better, and is not as good as the drive to see you, but again this is a fact U.S.. Anyone contemplating a purchase should ALWAYS seek the release valvekind so that you can read the thing once the unit is off the rim. Has a right angle to the head that seems to fit the angle head modern tire stems. Basil is plastic as is the lens. Never measure the precision, but never found to be very far when he cross-checked with another unit (perhaps to verify that it was not accurate, who knows ...)

I will buy this again, and maybe while I'm ordering, get a rubber cap, and another with the flexible hose to tryout ... tho I doubt the rubber hose breaks with the past and this time and never have that problem. Northern Tool has a better price at which ... too, but not sure if the shipping costs to equal or what is best.

UPDATE: From what I see in the store, the scale is not in the U.S. say more, so I do not think these are made in the United States as they were. However, it appears that the quality of the same caliber Tho.
